YOGA RE-UNION | Sunset Class on Sustipan

Feels like an eternity since we practiced by the sea last time. I hope you are all doing great - and maybe it can be even a bit better with some gentle stretch and breath in the open air?

The planned class is free of charge and it aims at getting together after a while and assessing interest in further outdoor yoga schedule.

Class will be held in English, ranging from 60 to 75 mins and including breath-work, gentle warm-up, slow flow sequence, and final relaxation.

Yoga shall be practiced on an empty stomach.Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat and a bottle of water with you.

Any changes as well as class cancellations will be communicated via Yoga 22 FB page.
